All our treats are baked fresh and immediately sealed in food-grade, airtight packaging. We use insulated liners and specialized boxing to ensure your order arrives in bakery-fresh condition.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We currently offer nationwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and we use express courier services to ensure your treats are in transit for the shortest time possible.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, we have a dedicated range of both vegan and gluten-free cookies and brownies. Please check the specific product descriptions for full ingredient lists and allergen information.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link so you can follow your Batch'd delivery right to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my treats once they arrive?
For the best experience, store your treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For a 'just-baked' feel, we recommend popping them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
